CSL Behring tasked Gradient with developing a way for employees to seamlessly request and secure white glove-level assistance for important internal events. This would be done while figuring out how to utilize CSL's existing A/V infrastructure when possible to help reduce production costs.
Gradient developed a bespoke annual service package alongside our global partner, Diversified, to meet CSL Behring’s needs. We rolled out a new white-glove Town Hall Service that coordinates directly with employees and produces unique events globally on their behalf – providing a range of services from production planning to data monitoring, translation services, and more.
